Charged But Cant Use?
I got a trial subscription for my daughter and have a receipt in my inbox that I was charged. However, when I try to open the app it says my subscription has expired. Its been paid for the entire year as of a few days ago. So I try logging in to my App Store account and it says receipt failed, try again. I cant find any customer support number or email, but will try again tomorrow.
