Ooops there is an update

Nice idea but selection is very limited and for the past few days Ive been receiving the error "oops there is an update going on at the moment..." for every book and for half the games I try to play with my daughter. It even gives me that message when I try to go into parent controls and click on "restore" and parent dashboard just loads a blank screen. Some serious issues here have to be fixed. As it stands I feel ripped off after having just paid for a year. No customer support either.
