Huge hassle to cancel - beware!!

The app is okay - not enough to hold my sons attention for too long. He pretty much played the same two games over and over, which is not worth the over-priced monthly fee. I am very frustrated because cancelling my membership has been a huge hassle. I tried to call, but the customer service hours are limited. I tried to cancel myself online, but the website told me it couldnt process my request. I would not sign up for this app again - big mistake.
